Gel Manicure Application Course
This course is known as your entry level and foundation qualification into becoming a nail technician. this course will provide you with all the in-depth knowledge & practical skills you need to not only conduct a high standard gel manicure treatment in the industry but also to run a successful business like a BOSS!
Gel manicure treatments are the OG's in the nail world to start your business up, take on regular clientele each day ready to then start progressing your career into other qualified treatments.
Students here do have the ability to complete this course and move onto the next course in their own time. All courses are fully accredited and insured by ABT, this provides you with a recognised qualification within the industry.
Course Booking Information
What Will You Learn?
This course will take you through in-depth theory and practical and essential product chemistry to ensure you are delivering a safe service.
You will have the chance to use different types of manicure tools & products from standard base coats to advanced base coats, colours and top coats to help you feel confident & informed about products that would be best suited to your clients once you leave.
You will also have a small insight on the best ways to price your treatments and how to set up & run your business so nothing is overwhelming for you once you leave.
Kits
A take home kit is not included with this course.
As HoneyBunnyTraining is proudly brand-independent (non biased), you will have the opportunity to work with a curated selection of high quality professional products throughout your training.
This approach empowers you to explore a variety of trusted brands and make confident, informed choices about which products to invest in after completing your course.
Prerequisite
You can enter this course if you have no beauty qualification background.
You will be required to meet the assessment criteria on the day in order to pass this course.
If you do not meet the criteria you will be asked to provide case studies. You must be 16 years of age or over to attend.
Course Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All course payments are non refundable & non transferrable.
There currently is ability to split payments available on courses.
Course Duration
This course is a 1 day course.
There will be a lunch break of 40 minutes between your theory & practical.
Lunch is not provided to you on the day you will need to supply your own lunch.
Pre Course Information
Once payment has been made, 24/48 hours later you will then receive your course confirmation pack & manual. HoneyBunnyTraining holds a high standard in course delivery from theory to practical on the day of training and allowing courses to run smoothly, so it's important to come prepared prior to training.
Please take the time to read through your theory and become familiar with the content. The reason for this is so that you become more focused on day, your not overwhelmed and you have an understanding of each topic as we discuss them through.
After your course you will also then be sent all your visual videos to allow you to go over this in your own time and provide you with extra support.
On The Day
On the day of the course you will be provided with your printed PDF manual, notepad, pen & certificate folder with your certificate inside.
You will also be provided a full kit to work with from manicure tools, manicure implements, gel polish from multiple brands to try and more.
You will be working on yourself and each other so you must attend your course without product on your nails - no gel polish or enhancements.
Course Capacity
This course is bookable for up to 2 students, however there is the ability to make it 3 students if required.
