However, please be aware that all In-House & Online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy ensures consistency and fairness for all my students and allows me to maintain the high standards of my course offerings.

If you are unable to attend a training course, please follow these steps below: 1. **Email Notification:** Send an email to honeybunnytraining@hotmail.com to inform me of your situation and request to organise another day for your training. 2. **Re-Payment:** Please note that to attend the rescheduled training session, you will need to make a new payment for the course. This ensures that I can accommodate your training needs on a different date without any disruptions to other students. 3. **Confirmation:** Once you have emailed me and completed the payment, I will confirm your new training date and provide any additional instructions necessary for your upcoming session. I understand that circumstances can change and aim to make the rescheduling process as smooth as possible to ensure you receive the training you need.

Honeybunnytraining in-house courses are accredited with ABT and comply with the national occupational standards. Once you complete a course and receive a certificate, it is recognised by all beauty insurance providers in the world.

Unfortunately not, legally no course is allowed to be brand specific unless you are an educator for the branded company.

This approach not only ensures that my courses are legally compliant, but also safeguards you from potential issues with your insurance company, as some insurance providers may not cover training that is specific to certain brands. Yes & No, it depends on what type of course you are booked in for.
Online courses: Available to you is a recommendation section in your course which will cover all the products I think would be best for you at best price & quality.
In-House courses: I recommend you don't buy a kit until I am with you because you get the chance to work with different brands & kits systems to see what works best for you & your client's.
All my courses have recommendations for products and brands I have personally used for years but also recommendations on trial and tested new products from brands as well. From there this will help you pick the right kits or products for your treatment without wasting money. There is also some discount codes you can use to help save some pennies when purchasing products.
In-house courses are exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
This scheduling allows students to participate without needing to take time off from their full-time jobs and easily arrange for models if required. Additionally, this arrangement is more convenient for salons, as they are typically closed on sundays, ensuring that my courses do not interfere with regular business operations.
I would recommend starting with my Gel Manicure Application course, which provides a strong foundation in nail care and gel application techniques & knowledge.
After mastering the basics, you can move onto the Builder In A Bottle Application course to learn advanced gel sculpting and strengthening methods. Following this, you have several specialised options to further enhance your skills: E-File for precision filing techniques, HoneyBunnyWorkshops for creative and intricate nail art designs, business ideas and skill building, from there you could elevate to Full Coverage Tip Application for mastering extensions. I advise taking your time with each course to perfect your skills before progressing to the next, ensuring a comprehensive and expert grasp of each area.

All courses are 1 day courses and times for the day can differ, however they are usually between 9am and 6pm.

No, once a course has been purchased it can not be refunded/changed to another course.
No, unlike most online courses in the industry where you only get access for 2/3 months. With me you will still have full access to your course once you have completed & passed, but also have access to ongoing updates on the course as and when the industry changes.
No, you're able to start & finish your online course in your own time frame. I recommend to try and finish the course within 3 months so you keep on top of your skill set but its not required.
